This photo was taken in Corfu, Greece outside of Vlacherna Monastery. I was in Corfu for study abroad and this church always comes to mind when I think about my time there and how lucky I was to be surrounded by such a beautiful culture. To get to it, you had to travel down a long walk way through the lake that connected two parts of the island.
