Description
-
The goal of the American Religious Sounds Project is to help students explore the question, what does religion in the United States sound like? As a collaborative initiative between Ohio State University and Michigan State University, the database contains an archive that catalogs sound recordings from a multitude of different faith communities across the country. These sound clips document, "the diversity of everyday religious life through newly produced field recordings, interviews, oral histories, and related materials."
